It is quite apparent that CMOS technology has been dominating in contemporary microelectronics for over twenty years, but present and especially predicted future CMOS devices differ significantly from that of past decades. Some of CMOS evolution aspects are especially challenging for analog part of the mixed-signal VLSI chips. One of the most important requirements in today’s analog CMOS design is low voltage suitability. For some time our group has been trying to solve this demand by extensive use of inverter structures [1,2].
