The paper presents the results of mathematical modeling of the process leading to the imperfections in the mustistage production line of radio-electronic devices. The matrix approach to this problem is proposed. Introduction Technological processes of manufacturing radio electronic devices in their essence are hierarchical systems which ensure their quality and reliability. Depending on the accepted level of abstraction they can be considered as a set of commonly functioning elements -local subsystems, with each being characterized by its own series of features as well as its own indices of defectiveness. The research has shown that indices of additive and multiplicative defectiveness the nature of which is essentially different can be interpreted as integral indices of the product quality [1]. The additive product defectiveness is defined by the sum of indices of the elements defectiveness, i.e. the sum of indices of the separate subsystems. The multiplicative defectiveness results from the emergence caused by interaction between the system elements leading to the appearance of new and sometimes unexpected features. This phenomenon has not thoroughly studied yet though the multicomponent of general defectiveness proved to be able to reach and exceed the level of additive defectiveness. The research done enabled these processes to be formalized, and the mathematical models of additive and multiplicative defectiveness of radio electronic apparatus to be obtained. The concept of predicting the reliability of radio-electronic devices at the stage of its production based on defectiveness monitoring during the performance of technological and controlling procedures was laid. The results of theoretical and experimental investigations of the processes of manufacturing defection and experimental-statistical and theoretical-statistical methods of predicting the reliability of equipment on this basis were given. Forecasting the Quasi-Deterministic Parameters' Drifts of Radioelectronics Apparatus on the Basis of Quantile Zones Techniques

This paper describes a method of forecasting the guaranteed operating time using the quantile zones. Also there are presented calculations of the guaranteed time operating error. Streszczenie. Taking into account the proportion between the components, one may classify those processes as belonging to the class of quasi-deterministic processes. Research has shown that in the case of certain equipment operating conditions and the appropriate impact of destabilizing factors, it is possible to develop identified models of parameters’ drift in the form of quantile zones. On this basis, techniques of forecasting the reliability of the equipment have been developed; the techniques allow us to determine faultness probability and the guaranteed time interval of remaining the parameters within tolerance limits as well as to assess quantitatively the accuracy of forecasting. The results of investigating the dependencies of the forecasted reliability on deterministic and stochastic characteristics of the drifts have been presented. The paper offers an approach to solving the problem of ensuring the quality and reliability of electronics using a comprehensive optimization of manufacturing processes by means of the criteria of minimization of defectiveness and total expenses with application of end-to-end mathematical models. Słowa kluczowe: jakość, niezawodność, optymalizacja procesu produkcji Introduction The manufacturing of electronics comprises multi-stage technological processes of complex structure designed for ensuring the given characteristics of the devices with necessary levels of their quality and reliability as well as acceptable total expenses for the quality and reliability. A promising approach to solving this problem is the implementation of techniques for their systematic administration. In such case the quality (in broad sense) as an administration object is assessed by two sets of factors - total defectiveness of the devices in the course of technological operations and total expenses due to their manufacturing and operation. Those processes may be numerically assessed using their integral effectiveness as a sum of functional and economic components. A necessary effectiveness may be reached by their integral optimization applying corresponding criteria.
